Frequently asked questions

Short answers to what people ask most.

Is Hyperdex really free?

Yes. Hyperdex is free for everyone, with no card, no seats and no trial period. You may use it for commercial work, including selling to and serving your own customers with it.

Do I need to be a developer?

No. If you use an AI agent such as Claude Code, Cursor or VS Code, connecting Hyperdex is one line of setup that you can copy from this site. After that you talk to your agent in plain words.

Which AI agents work with Hyperdex?

Any agent or app that supports the Model Context Protocol (MCP) and lets you set a request header for the API key. That includes coding tools such as Claude Code and Cursor, personal agents and bots such as Hermes, OpenClaw and Grok, automation platforms such as n8n and Zapier, and your own agents built with frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, the Vercel AI SDK or the OpenAI Agents SDK. The docs have a setup guide for each. ChatGPT cannot connect yet, because its connectors do not accept API keys.

Is there a screen where I can see my data?

Not today. Hyperdex is built for agents, so you see and change your data by asking your agent, for example “show me every open deal over five lakh” or “what did Acme say last month?”.

Who can see my data?

Only agents holding a key for your workspace. Each workspace is walled off inside the database itself, so no other customer’s agents can read or reference your records.

Where is my data stored?

In India. The database and the service that handles your agents’ requests run in Mumbai, and every connection is encrypted.

What if a key leaks?

Revoke it. An admin agent can list and revoke keys with the manage_agents tool, and a revoked key stops working within 30 seconds. Give each agent its own key with only the access it needs, so one leak stays small.

Can I delete my workspace?

Yes. Write to transform@hypervect.com from the email you signed up with and we will permanently delete the workspace and everything in it.

Are there limits?

To prevent abuse, one network can create three workspaces a day and one email address can own three. If you need more, write to us. We may also slow down traffic that harms the service for others.
